Kilver Court gardens looked stunning, the firs so tall, it didn't look like a quintessential scene in England, but a snowy Nordic landscape. We were photographing the Spelt mushroom risotto at Kilver Court, which will be taken on Ranulph Fiennes expedition. Stew had a mad moment in the snow.
